The use of our website is possible without providing personal data. For the use of individual services on our site, different regulations may apply, which are explained separately below in this case. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data by the responsible party.

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Website from which you are visiting us (referrer URL)
  • Website you are visiting

3. cookies

We use so-called cookies on our website to recognise multiple use of our offer by the same user/internet connection owner. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser stores on your computer. They serve to optimise our internet presence and our offers. These are mostly so-called "session cookies", which are deleted again after the end of your visit.

You can visit the following Link View and change your cookie settings on this website.

In some cases, however, these cookies emit information in order to recognise you automatically. This recognition is based on the IP address stored in the cookies. In this way, it is possible for us to optimise our offers and provide you with easier access to our site. This also applies in part to our partner companies/advertising partners (third-party cookies), which help to make our website more interesting. Information on third-party cookies is provided below in individual paragraphs.

In the following list you can see the history of your cookie setting on this website.

You can decide on the use of cookies yourself; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website to their full extent.

4. newsletter

4.1 Sending newsletters to subscribers

On our website we offer you the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. With this newsletter, we inform you at regular intervals about products, novelties, offers/promotions, competitions etc. To receive our newsletter, you need a valid e-mail address. We will check the e-mail address you have entered to ensure that you are actually the owner of the e-mail address provided or that the owner is authorised to receive the newsletter. This is done by means of an opt-in procedure in which you receive an e-mail with a confirmation link to confirm the e-mail address provided. E-mail newsletters are only sent after the activation of the confirmation link.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will save your IP address and the date and time of your subscription. This serves as a safeguard for us in the event that a third party misuses your email address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge. No other data is collected on our part. The data collected in this way is used exclusively for the purpose of receiving our newsletter. It is not passed on to third parties. The data collected in this way is also not compared with data that may be collected by other components of our site. You can cancel your subscription to this newsletter at any time. Details of this can be found in the confirmation email and in each individual newsletter. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your associated data will be deleted unless there are other retention periods.

4.2 Newsletter dispatch to existing customers

In the event that you have provided us with your e-mail address in the context of a purchase of goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send information on offers that are similar to the purchased goods or services. This data processing is based on the legitimate interest in personalised direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. If you have previously objected to the processing of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will refrain from sending you such newsletters. Your data will be deleted once the processing of your enquiry has been completed. This can be assumed when the content of the enquiry has been clarified and there are otherwise no legal retention periods.

6. web analytics services

6.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google", on our website. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site.

The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, place and frequency of your website visit, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there.

We use Google Analytics with an IP anonymisation function on our website. In this case, your IP address is already shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thereby anonymised.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.

Google will, according to its own information, under no circumstances link your IP address with other Google data. However, no data will be transferred to Google Analytics without your explicit consent.

With your consent to use this service, you also consent to the processing of your data in the USA in accordance with Art. 49 (1) lit. a DSGVO. The ECJ classifies the USA as a country with insufficient data protection according to EU standards. For example, there is a risk that US authorities will process personal data in surveillance programmes without any existing possibility of legal action for Europeans.

Furthermore, Google offers a deactivation option for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over what data is collected and processed by Google. If you activate this option, no information about your website visit will be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, activation does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services we may use. For more information on the deactivation option provided by Google and on how to activate this option, please click on the following link:

Alternatively, you can click on the following link to set an "opt-out cookie". This will prevent the collection and processing of data by Google Analytics in the future. Please note that this opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for this domain. As soon as you delete the cookies in your browser, this link must be clicked again

You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google's privacy policy:

6.2 Facebook Pixel

We use Facebook Pixel on our site, a service provided by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are an EU resident, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

With the help of the Facebook pixel, it is possible for Facebook to determine the visitors to our website as a target group for the display of advertisements, so-called "Facebook ads". Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our offers. This means that with the help of the Facebook pixel, we want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not have a harassing effect. With the help of the Facebook pixel, we can also track the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad.

The Facebook pixel is directly integrated by Facebook when you visit our website and can save a so-called cookie, i.e. a small file, on your device. If you subsequently log in to Facebook or visit Facebook while logged in, your visit to our website will be noted in your profile. The data collected about you is anonymous for us, so it does not allow us to draw any conclusions about your identity. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible. The processing of the data by Facebook takes place within the framework of Facebook's data usage policy.

Accordingly, you can find more information on how the remarketing pixel works and generally how Facebook ads are displayed, in Facebook's Data Use Policy:
You can object to the collection by the Facebook pixel and use of your data to display Facebook ads. To do so, you can visit the page set up by Facebook and follow the instructions there on the settings for usage-based advertising: or the opposition via the US side or the EU side explain. The settings are platform-independent, i.e. they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.

6.3 Jetpack Plugin

The controller has integrated Jetpack on this website. Jetpack is a WordPress plug-in that offers additional functions to the operator of a website built on WordPress. Among other things, Jetpack allows the website operator to have an overview of the visitors to the site. By displaying related posts and publications or the possibility to share content on the page, it is also possible to increase the number of visitors. In addition, security functions are integrated into Jetpack so that a website using Jetpack is better protected against brute force attacks. Jetpack also optimises and speeds up the loading of images integrated on the website. The company operating the Jetpack plug-in for WordPress is Automattic Inc, 132 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The operating company uses the tracking technology of Quantcast Inc, 201 Third Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Jetpack sets a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. What cookies are has already been explained above. Each time one of the individual pages of this website operated by the controller is called up, on which a Jetpack component has been integrated, the internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically triggered by the respective Jetpack component to transmit data to Automattic for analysis purposes. As part of this technical procedure, Automattic obtains knowledge of data that is subsequently used to create an overview of website visits. The data obtained in this way is used to analyse the behaviour of the data subject who has accessed the website of the controller and is evaluated with the aim of optimising the website. The data collected via the Jetpack component will not be used to identify the data subject without obtaining the prior explicit consent of the data subject. The data also comes to the knowledge of Quantcast. Quantcast uses the data for the same purposes as Automattic. The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as already described above, at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Automattic/Quantcast from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, cookies already set by Automattic can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs. Furthermore, the data subject has the possibility to object to and prevent the collection of data generated by the Jetpack cookie and related to the use of this website as well as to Automattic/Quantcast's processing of such data. For this purpose, the data subject must click on the opt-out button under the link which sets an opt-out cookie. The opt-out cookie set with the objection is stored on the information technology system used by the data subject. If the cookies on the data subject's system are deleted after an objection, the data subject must call up the link again and set a new opt-out cookie. However, with the setting of the opt-out cookie, there is the possibility that the Internet pages of the controller are no longer fully usable for the data subject. The applicable data protection provisions of Automattic are available at available. Quantcast's applicable privacy policy is available at available.

7. information / revocation / deletion

You can contact us free of charge if you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data and its correction, blocking, deletion or a revocation of consent given. We would like to point out that you have the right to correct incorrect data or delete personal data, provided that this claim does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data.

Contact: see above

8. data processing for booking

In order to be able to process your booking, we cooperate with the following service providers, who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. These service providers receive the following information in order to carry out their tasks.

Personal data which is stored and processed by us within the scope of your booking is passed on to the company commissioned with the booking software provider within the scope of contract processing. This only takes place if a booking of the service is necessary for the processing of the contract. If the transfer of personal data to the respective payment provider is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, this data will be passed on to the responsible payment provider. In the following, we inform you about the payment providers that are offered within the scope of the contract processing. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
